- When you have made your choice, select the size, if appropriate, from the drop down box.
- If you require more than one of any item, change the number in the box marked "QUANTITY".
- Click on the "ADD TO BASKET" button.
- Each time you add an item to your order you will see the REVIEW screen, showing the total of your order so far. If you wish to change your mind, you can remove an item from your order by clicking in the "REMOVE" box, located to the right of each item on the REVIEW screen.
Alternatively you can click on the "EMPTY BASKET BUTTON" at the top of the REVIEW screen to remove all items from your order.
- To add further items to your order, click on the "CONTINUE SHOPPING" button at the top of the REVIEW screen.
- When your order is complete, click on the "CASHIER" button at the top of the REVIEW screen.
- You will then be presented with a form to complete with your name and delivery details.
- If there are any special requirements, for example if an item is required by a certain date, please let us know in the "ADDITIONAL INFORMATION" box.
- When you have completed the form with your details, click on the "NEXT" button at the bottom right hand side of the screen. You will be presented with a SUMMARY of your order.
- Select a payment method from the drop down box at the lower right hand side of the SUMMARY screen.
- If you select payment by CREDIT CARD, payment will be made via our Secure Credit Card facility using WORLDPAY.
However, if you are concerned about supplying your credit card details on the internet, we are happy to receive your order by telephone, fax or mail with payment by cheque. Alternatively, have you considered setting up a PayPal account? Just click on the PayPal button for details.
- You may choose to pay by CHEQUE, drawn on a bank in the UK, Isle of Man, Channel Islands or USA, made payable to THE HOUSE OF HONFLEUR LIMITED and sent to Christening-Gifts.co.uk at Little fontmell, 26 Fairview Road, headley Down, GU35 8HG, England.
- When you have selected your payment method on the SUMMARY screen, click on the "SEND ORDER NOW" button on this screen and your order will be passed to the House of Honfleur.
If you selected Payment by CREDIT CARD , you will now be transferred to a secure WorldPay screen to enter your credit card details.
When you have entered your details click on the "SEND ORDER NOW" button and your payment will be authorised on line by WORLDPAY and confirmation of your payment will be passed to Christening-Gifts.co.uk at The House of Honfleur Limited.
We will never receive details of your credit card, so your transaction will be totally secure
- You will receive confirmation of your order by email, confirming delivery details.
- All goods will be despatched as soon as possible after cleared payment is received by us, normally within 24 hours.
For destinations overseas we send all parcels by Air Mail.
